soft launch

hi, i’m renee.

about a year ago, i quit my job and took a bit of time off.

during that period, i started posting on linkedin for the first time. mostly just sharing what i was building, thinking about, and learning.

the response surprised me:

millions of views.
thousands of new connections.
job offers from big AI companies.
my first dollar earned independently online.

i didn’t do anything special, i just showed up with something real to say.

what i realized is that sharing online isn’t really about chasing attention. it’s more about giving people a window into what you care about and how you think.

when you do that consistently, the right people tend to find you.

i still feel nervous every time i hit “post.”
but the upside has been far bigger than the discomfort.

most people will never begin.

soft launch is something i’m putting together for women in tech who feel curious about sharing online but aren’t sure how to start, or want to do it in a way that actually feels true to them.

we’ll spend an afternoon working through what you want to be known for, shaping your personal brand, and creating a simple rhythm for posting so it feels sustainable.

it’s female-only for now, mostly because there still aren’t enough spaces like this in sf.

if that sounds interesting,
